This traffic planning project created a new roadway connection between North Northern Way and Mt. Zion Road, helping reduce congestion and improve pedestrian safety. Services included surveying, roadway design, drainage design, railroad crossing coordination, contract administration, and construction inspection.

First Capital Engineering was contracted by Springettsbury Township to design and manage the extension of Davies Drive, creating a new connection to East Market Street through an at-grade railroad crossing to improve traffic flow, public safety, and emergency response.

The goal of the project was to create a grading plan so that the City could obtain a permit to regrade the field and provide proper surface drainage to prevent any further problems.

FCE provided the land surveying, conceptual site designs, zoning support and final approval plans for the total re-build of the Sheetz Convenience Store, constructed 14 years ago.

First Capital Engineering was contracted to provide the civil engineering and design elements for the creation of a smaller block of retail spaces separate from the main Peebles Shopping Center.
