Gateway Gettysburg was a proposed mixed-use commercial development located on 92 acres in Adams County, PA.

Starbucks wanted to provide a stand-alone store with a drive-thru in the Gettysburg area. FCE worked with the developers of Peebles Plaza, Gelcor Realty, and with Straban Township to make the vision a reality.

FCE provided the land surveying, conceptual site designs, zoning support and final approval plans for the total re-build of the Sheetz Convenience Store, constructed 14 years ago.

First Capital Engineering was contracted to provide the civil engineering and design elements for the creation of a smaller block of retail spaces separate from the main Peebles Shopping Center.

First Capital Engineering was responsible for performing an evaluation of Lake Meade Drive through field observations and measurements to determine the general compliance.
