When South Western School District was looking to transition from grass to artificial turf, they called FCE to complete the job.

FCE worked in conjunction with a local Hardee’s Restaurant franchisee to development one of Carlisle, PA’s newest fast food locations.

The fast food industry is an ever-evolving market for which civil engineering and land surveying services are always needed. FCE rose to the challenge for Wendy’s Restaurants.

FCE has performed a variety of services ranging from land development, to land surveying services for Sheetz, Inc. throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

FCE was the civil engineer in charge of developing a 61 acre mixed use traditional neighborhood development, located in Mount Joy, PA.
