As part of our 5 year IDIQ contract with the Martinsburg, WV Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), FCE completed the Roadway Realignment and Parking Revision project.

This building underwent a renovation in 2008, of which FCE participated in its transformation by laying the groundwork (literally).

FCE designed a pump station and three access points for a Windsor Commons in Red Lion – a 236,000 sq. ft. retail space anchored by a Giant grocery store.

This project received the “Excellence in Construction Award” from the ABC Keystone Chapter & involved complex floodplain and stormwater management issues.
