Martinsburg, WV Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Roadway Parking

As part of our 5 year IDIQ contract with the Martinsburg, WV Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), FCE completed the Roadway Realignment and Parking Revision project. This was done in order to reconfigure internal roads and expand an existing parking area to create space for the construction of a future building. The design utilized small rain gardens and pervious pavement to manage runoff in a manner that would make efficient use of the land.
Our team coordinated with several regulatory agencies, including the West Virginia Department of Highways, West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection and the Berkeley County Conservation District to successfully complete this project.
