Windsor Commons

This commercial shopping center contains 236,000 sq. ft. of retail space, with six outparcels designed for separate development purposes, which added an additional acre in size. FCE obtained Highway Occupancy Permits from PennDOT for the three access points, which exit onto State Highways. Due to its size, we were required to design three separate detention facilities to manage the large amount of stormwater generated. To meet the sanitary sewage disposal requirements, FCE designed a pump station to carry the required flows from the site into the exiting sanitary system owned by the municipal authority.
