Susquehanna Commerce Center

This development was located on a previously abandoned brownfield industrial land site and consisted of two office buildings, each six stories in height. One complex contains 135,643 sq. ft. of space and the other contains 101,860 sq. ft. of space. FCE faced many engineering challenges throughout the course of the project, which we resolved successfully.

Our team coordinated with the PA Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corps of Engineers to resolve complex floodplain and stormwater management issues that were discovered. Construction cost estimates and cost value engineering were prepared to provide engineering changes to reduce the cost of the project.The project received the “Excellence in Construction Award” from the ABC Keystone Chapter.
