Stonebridge Shopping Center and Industrial Center

FCE designed a landscaping master plan to create a theme for the expanding Stonebridge development, located in Hopewell Township, York County, PA. The developer’s goal was to create a sense of place for all of the current and future tenants instead of the typical individual lot development. After performing a field investigation, FCE determined features that would unite the entire park together.

Additionally, FCE provided land surveying and civil engineering services for numerous tenants throughout the business park.
