Sheetz Store Remodel – York, PA

First Capital Engineering has served as the civil engineer for many new Sheetz stores and Sheetz rebuilds throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, including the location in York Township, York County, PA.

Sheetz, Inc. planned to remodel the location on Cape Horn Road, to bring the older store up to date with the current Sheetz appearance and standards. The remodel included upgrades to the fuel canopies, fuel dispensers and site lighting, as well as reconstruction of the entrance walkways and handicap pedestrian accessibility. Upgrades were also made to all utilities servicing the store.

FCE provided civil engineering and land development plans for the rebuild of the 5,437 sq. ft. convenience store with upgraded gas canopies containing 18 fueling stations. Land surveying, as well as an ALTA survey was completed. FCE handled the record drawing preparation, created the construction documents and also handled plan reviews.
