Project Overview
First Capital Engineering was contracted to provide the civil engineering and design elements for the creation of a smaller block of retail spaces separate from the main Peebles Shopping Center. The 9,800 square foot expansion would include a variety of retail and restaurant establishments.
There were two main issues that arose during the development stages of the project which First Capital Engineering solved in a timely, and efficient manner. This included environmental concerns over several high-value landscape elements, and issues that the municipality had over adequate parking.
