Patton Veterinary Hospital

FCE worked with a client and contractor to provide a site plan, which served as a land development plan for a 1,600 sq. ft. addition to the existing veterinary hospital building. In addition to a building footprint, FCE provided parking modifications, additional sidewalks, and stormwater management to the site. FCE submitted the land development plans to Red Lion Borough for municipal approvals. FCE’s civil engineers utilized and expanded existing subsurface stormwater management facilities with limited additional disturbance to the site.
