Project Overview
This townhouse community for active adults age 55 and over, is located just off of the ‘Golden Mile’ on Eisenhower Drive in Hanover, PA.
The community consists of 80 condominium units arranged in pairs. The site is 11.85 acres in size, which was a challenging design due to the limited space available on the site.
FCE performed land surveying services, completed the site layout plan, land development plan, and the design services for the site. Our team successfully received approvals at the municipal and county levels for the project.
