Frontier Development – York, PA

Commercial

In 2014, Frontier Development contacted FCE to work with them on the redevelopment of a site located at 703 & 705 Loucks Road in the City of York, York County, PA, the site of a former restaurant.

FCE was responsible for a boundary survey of 703 and 705 Loucks Road, an ALTA survey and the preparation of a Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for the property. The land development plan included a new Verizon Wireless building with associated parking, a stormwater management plan and report, a grading plan and an erosion & sedimentation control plan, report and application.

During the land development approval process, Frontier Development requested that FCE prepare Zoning Variance Applications for the signage proposed by Verizon Wireless. FCE successfully obtained the requested sign variances from the City of York.

In addition, FCE prepared the PennDOT HOP application and plan for a low volume driveway along Loucks Road, as well as a PennDOT drainage application for the City of York.

Construction began in early 2015 and FCE was responsible for construction stakeout services as well as an as-built survey once construction was completed in September 2015.
