First Capital Engineering provided the civil engineering services for this 20,000 sq. ft. office center with a parking lot and driveway. FCE provided land surveying services, prepared the land development plan and performed construction stakeout services. The facility currently serves patients seeking Lasik eye surgery, cataract surgical procedures, glaucoma patients, diabetic eye care, and a host of other services.
