FCE designed a pump station and three access points for a Windsor Commons in Red Lion – a 236,000 sq. ft. retail space anchored by a Giant grocery store.

This project received the “Excellence in Construction Award” from the ABC Keystone Chapter & involved complex floodplain and stormwater management issues.

Changes to a Shipley Fuels facility required FCE to file and defend a Zoning Special Exception and acquire Final Land Development approvals.
