Celebrating John Luciani: Recognized as an ASCE Life Member
We are thrilled to announce that our President, John Luciani, has been recognized as a Life Member by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) this past April!
What is ASCE Life Membership?
Founded in 1852, ASCE is the nation’s oldest engineering society, representing over 160,000 civil engineering professionals worldwide. Achieving Life Member status isn’t just an award; it’s a special recognition bestowed upon individuals who have shown a profound, career-long dedication to ASCE and the civil engineering profession. Typically, this honor is granted to members who have reached age 65 and have maintained membership for several decades, demonstrating a lifetime commitment. It signifies decades of contribution, support, and engagement with the society’s mission to advance civil engineering and serve the public good.
