Express Care Urgent Care Facility

FCE worked with the client to bring one of the first ExpressCares to York County, Pennsylvania. Our firm was instrumental in providing civil engineering and land development services, land surveying, and construction inspection services to get this project up and running. The site is located in East Manchester Township and was a corner pad site to an existing shopping center. FCE also coordinated between the client and the township any necessary permitting and application services that were necessary during the project. ExpressCare has over 28 clinics that operate throughout central Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.
