Hardee’s Restaurants

FCE provided land surveying and land development services, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) permitting, construction inspection services, NPDES permitting, as well as a host of other tasks. The location of this particular restaurant was in Middlesex Township, York County, PA.

The site was particularly difficult as it was in close proximity to Letort Spring Run, a known High Quality Exceptional Value (HQEV) stream, meaning wild fish (such as trout) are able to thrive exponentially on their own due to the quality of the water. FCE completed this project both on-time and within budget.
